General Shipping Policy

We charge a flat rate of $10 AUD for orders in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA, TAS & ACT. Larger bulkier items are an exception to this and incur higher shipping costs due to the size and weight of the item. This includes but is not limited to Pikler Sets. We currently do not offer shipping to NT.

All orders are processed right away so please double check your shipping address when entering it as we cannot change it after payment is made. Once your item ships out, we'll email you tracking info for your order. After that short wait, your Birdie Brave products will arrive.

We ship orders daily except holidays and weekends when our shipping partners are closed. Orders go out in the order received. Though we aim to ship each order within 24 hours of it being ready, some take longer like backorders, custom/special orders, out-of-stock items, or international orders.

Shipping estimates:

• Sydney Metro: 2-5 business days
• Regional NSW, VIC Metro, QLD Metro: 2-8 business days
• VIC Regional, QLD Regional, SA, WA: 2-8 business days
